How it works
- Tell us where you are. Home, workplace, motorway or safely off the roadside we’ll confirm access and your tyre size. Once a booking has been confirmed and initial deposit paid we'll then authorise a tyre specialist to visit.
- We head straight out. A fully equipped mobile unit attends with the correct tyres, valves and balancing kit.
- We fit and check. Tyres are mounted, balanced and torqued to manufacturer spec. We’ll tidy up and take the old tyres away for proper disposal.
What’s included
- Supply and fit of replacement tyres (budget, mid-range or premium)
- Wheel balancing and new rubber valves (where applicable)
- Locking wheel nut assistance if required
- Environmentally responsible disposal of old tyres
Most call-outs are completed within an hour of arrival. If you’re on a tight schedule, let us know and we’ll do our best to work around your day.

This helps us find your exact location quickly (especially in emergency situations), provide an accurate ETA and keep you updated on our arrival time, and ensure our technicians can find you easily, reducing delays and getting you back on the road faster. To find your tyre size, look at the sidewall of your tyre. You’ll see a code that looks something like:
225/45R17
This tells you:
- 225 – tyre width in millimetres
- 45 – aspect ratio (the tyre’s height as a percentage of its width)
- R – radial construction
- 17 – rim size in inches
You can also find the correct tyre size by checking:
- Your vehicle’s owner’s manual
- The tyre information placard on the driver’s side door jamb or inside the fuel filler flap
- The vehicle manufacturer’s website or customer service
